GUARANTEE
It
is our major wish that our clients are satisfied with
our instruments in every respect. You receive every instrument
tuned and set, ready for playing. You have the possibility
of playing and testing every instrument that you receive
from our existing programme of delivery for two weeks
at home, at your leisure. Should it then not convince
you, send it back to us undamaged and in the original
packaging. The money that you have already paid will be
transferred back to your account as soon as possible.
Of course, you are responsible for any damages to the
instrument caused by yourself. So, please, always keep
the original packaging and the packaging material and
if you send the instrument back to us, pack it very carefully.
There is a warranty obligation of 2 years on all possible
hidden material and processing faults.
